Executive Secretary to General Manager/ Thư ký Tổng Giám Đốc

1. Maintain the strictest confidentiality on all matters relating to Marriott International and Sheraton Nha Trang, plus all other internal matters of the General Manager’s Office;

2. Act as Personal Assistant to the General Manager and provide full secretarial assistance - preparation of general correspondence, handling telephone calls, organising appointments;

3. Provide secretarial support to other Excom, as needed;

4. Liaise with Executive Committee, Department Heads and Staff for necessary follow up on queries/deadlines/requests and special functions instigated by the General Manager’s office;

5. Liaise with Executive Committee and Department Heads to ensure reporting deadlines to Regional office are met;

6. Co-ordinate and compile General Manager’s Monthly Report and Mirage Monthly Management Report for General Manager’s input and review;

7. Co-ordinate travel arrangements for General Manager, Executive Committee and Staff as requested;

8. Process the Guest Questionnaires, including review of responses prior to General Manager’s review and signature

9. Prepare responses to guest correspondence for General Manager’s review and signature, as needed;

10. Co-ordinate Welcome Letters/Notes for all VIPs and Guest History guests, and ensure appropriate welcome amenities in place;

11. Co-ordinate Welcome Letters for Conference VIPs;

12. Handle VIP accommodation/restaurant reservations;

- At least 1 year relating experience in 4-5 star hotel/ resort.
