Be in charge of administration and office activities;
Follow up information received from Front office and other departments;
Update room status on PMS frequently in communication with Housekeeping Supervisors;
Accomplish all administrative tasks given by the Executive Housekeeper accurately and submit in a timely manner;
Compile all overtime sheets, double-checking for accuracy, and submit final report to the Executive Housekeeper;
Create and keep a personal file on each housekeeping team member which include but not limited to: sign on sheet, evaluation, disciplinary history, training attendance records. To be kept locked, with access by the Executive Housekeeper only;
Coordinate all sign-off and sign-on. Maintain a sign-in sheet to ensure all equipment is issued/returned and signed for, such as: master keys, floor keys, tools, walkie-talkie, etc;
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recordkeeping, to include but not limited to: Guest room checklist, Arrival, Departure, In-House list…
Prepare housekeeping purchasing requisition and submit to Executive Housekeeper for approval;
Make regular key inventory and report any discrepancy to Executive Housekeeper;
Answer all telephone calls courteously and direct all incoming calls to the proper destination;
Log all messages received on the Housekeeping Log Book;
Records and store Lost and Found items submitted to the Executive Housekeeper;
Maintain a clean, tidied and safe workplace;
Performs other duties as assigned by Management.

Yêu cầu công việc
Level of Education: Vocational (Housekeeping);
A minimum of 1year experience in a similar role;
Fair in English.
Computer: Excellent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Honest, good health, enthusiastic and hark working.
Attentive to detail;
Strong administration, planning & organizational skills.
