- Maintaining standard of Restaurant and bar service procedures.
- Inspection, supervising, ensuring quality of service, following the hotel’s standards.
- Maintaining equipment as per the hotel’s standard.
- Ensuring the restaurant is appropriately decorated.
- Ensuring the hygiene and safety in the restaurant environment.
- Welcoming guests, getting guest’s comment, handling any ideas from the customers.
- Suggestion for menus, improving food, food promotion to elevate the quality of products and increas the revenue, effeciency for
- Ensure the food hygiene & safety at the restaurant.
- Handle all comments to satisfy guests’ expectation.
- Do corrective action and report daily operation of department to F&B Director.
* Personnel & Training:
Assist for training plan, do training to ensurie all staff understand the training contents.
Comply with the fire, health and safety procedures and ensure that all staff is aware of the emergency procedures and abide by them.
Ensure that all staff are wearing the correct uniforms at all times and aware of the Hotel rules.
Evaluate the staff performance, ability, skills, potentiality and attitude, give feedback to them and follow up to improve where necessary.
Manage staff in a fair and just manner; regularly supervise, remind staff and make good improvement for mistakes.
Maintain a high morale within the department
Have an active involvement in the recruitment, promotion and transfer procedures for the staff within the department.
Be responsible for controlling personnel and administration works in the department area.
* Finance & Accounting:
Assist in inspection of the cost, budget as per the hotel regulations.
Assist Manager with controlling the Restaurant & Bar revenue.
Be responsible forr managing the stores, maintaining the inventories, goods stock-taking as per the hotel regulations, equipment purchase request...to ensure the smooth business operation.
Limiting waste in all fields
Liaise with other departments (FO-Sales…) to sell Food products.
Communication, contact to maintenance department to request repairable for equipment

Yêu cầu công việc
- Professional Qualification: Restaurant & Bar certificate.
- English Qualification: English Speaking – Listening - Reading - Writing about Restaurant field.
- Computer skills: Proficient in using microsoft office.
- Experience at least 02 years in the same position
- Good health, know how to arrange goods.
- Quick, careful.
- Having skills in calculating and counting goods.
- Having a sense of responsibility, able to withstand work pressure
