 The Executive Housekeeper has a role of leadership in managing requests from both guests and Hotel teams. The Executive Housekeeper must possess excellent customer service skills, is responsible for a large team around the Hotel and must be visible to the guests and staff.

 The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the housekeeping department comprising guest rooms and public areas.

 Oversees all Housekeeping Department operations and activities;

 Plans, schedules, work assign to subordinates, supervisors and teams their assigned works should be inspects;

 Ensures that guests have a comfortable stay and receive a friendly personalized welcome;

 Ensures that the team respects guests' privacy while working;

 Handles customer comments and complaints and follows them up;

 Ensures the high quality of services provided by a third-party if any (linen hire, cleaning etc);

 Ensures that lost property is managed effectively;

 Guarantees that rooms are cleaned and services provided to the highest standards, ensures that the hotel linen are cleaned efficiently;

 Coordinates room allocation with the front office, handling any switches as necessary;

 Signals any technical faults and follows up repair work;

 Analyses guest comments and implements any necessary corrective actions;

 Manages all spend on cleaning products and welcome gifts, and ensures that equipment made available to floor team is correctly used;

 Helps optimize energy costs;

 Organizes the department for optimum efficiency, ensuring headcount matches the workload;

 Updates and analyses dashboard charts (state of rooms, stocks of linen, welcome gifts etc) and implements action plans as necessary;

 Manages the department's purchases, stocks and laundry processes;

 Ensures respect of standards regarding hygiene, cleanliness and the safety of guests' property;

 Ensures that the equipment and cultural assets of the department remain in good condition and working order;

 Identifies employees with potential for promotion and/or transfer and makes appropriate development plans for him or her together with the Human Resources Department;

 Works closely with the HR Manager on performance appraisals, coaching, counseling, discipline and grievance, employee relations, wage and salary administration, compensation and benefits, succession planning;

 Effectively communicates with team members. Encourages the development of team to achieve their highest potential. Be an inspiration to all hotel’s team to achieve luxury levels of performance;

 Attends all scheduled meetings and contributes actively with proper preparation. Conducts regularly scheduled meetings of housekeeping personnel;

 Interacts in a positive way with other departments to ensure a luxury guest experience;

 Must be an example of X2 Hoi An Core Values, brand standards, and a champion of grooming and appearance guidelines;

 All other duties as directed by the General Manager;

Yêu cầu công việc

- Level of Education: Bachelor;

- A minimum of 3-year experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury and upscale settings;

- Fluent in English.

- Good health, know how to arrange goods.

- Quick, careful.

- Having skills in calculating and counting goods.

- Honest.

- Having a sense of responsibility, able to withstand work pressure
