Responds to incoming calls; Answer kindly to inquiries from outside or internal staff. Provide necessary information, and record if customer / employee's leaves message
Kindly greet or guide visitors.
Create a report, letter, or other documents.
Maintain a systematic document management system; Keep documents secure and keep records.
Deliver fax, correspondence, and other mail.
Prepare meetings; Prepare the meeting agenda, minutes, meeting schedule, etc., and distribute it to the person concerned after receiving approval from the supervisor.
Manage the meeting schedule of executives: Book tickets, accommodation, vehicles, etc. on business trips.
Collect expenses of the department and process according to the expense handling regulations.
Investigate materials and prepare reports at the request of the executive
Complete the operations and procedures of the department at the request of executive and keep them up to date at all times.
Order the necessary office supplies. If the office equipment goes out of order, request repair.
Ensure office environment is always clean.
Follow company regulations and procedures.
Attend department meetings and share necessary information.
Attend training programs offered by the company.
If necessary, perform other tasks related to work.
