• Arrive at work on time in the uniform provided; ensure a neat and tidy appearance, according to the employee handbook.

• Develop a close and harmonious working relationship with other departments.

• Attend training sessions and meetings as required.

• Anticipate guest need and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.

• Be knowledgeable on all facts of the hotel products, including room types, room rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and promotions, spa and health club, and other properties.

• Have a complete knowledge of company policies and procedures.

• Complete all shift duties as outlined on shift checklist prior to the end of shift.

• Monitor daily arrivals ensuring all requests are carried out wherever possible and all realistic expectations are met and ensure all reservations are honored.

• Conduct room and public areas inspections as required.

• Greet and acknowledge all guests.

• Welcome all guests in a polite and friendly manner.

• Suggest alternatives to meet customer needs and expectations.

• Thank and invite our guests to return.

• Carry out other duties as directed by the supervisor.

• Receive, handle and reply guest messages, mail, voice mail and faxes in an efficient, timely manner as per hotel policy.

• Coordinate hotel reservations for guests when required.

• Maintain positive relations with other departments.

• Ensure that up-to-date of current facts of the hotel product, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets/promotions, spa, fitness center and etc.

• Keep updated with all policies and procedures of the hotel.

• Assist all other areas of the hotel when required.

• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

• At least Bachelor degree in any field

• New graduate who taken internship in related field or at least 1 year experience in front office.

• Good inter-personality skills, outgoing, and friendly

• Strong in English communication skills. Another language is require
