Mô tả công việc

• Provide assistance in the management of all matters of labor, salary, employment , registration and all the related personnel policy, regulation of the hotels with Director of HR & Training

• Oversees the human resource database. Ensures that system records are accurately recorded and cross-checked.

• Ensures that human resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and Company policies and procedures.

• Completes monthly and year-end reports regarding terminations, transfers, and new hires.

• Ensures that reporting functions are up-to-date and in compliance with government regulations.

• Prepares monthly payroll, make the monthly amending report of changing status, adjust salary of all staff

• Cooperate with the Director of HR & Training to maintain good relations with the local authorities

• Effectuate all Insurance policy (social insurance , accident insurance ...) for all staff

• Make monthly annual leaving & compensation leaving report for General Manager

• Report on and finalize personal income tax for employees

• Perform other duties as maybe assigned.

• Update operation logbook regularly in work shift, handover to the other shift for follow.

• Assemble reports/records/checklist related to the department operation.

• Participate in training and developing courses organized by the department and the hotel.

• Be proactive in self-setting specific goals to develop in professional career.
