• Nhào, cuộn, cắt và làm bột theo yêu cầu
• Kiểm soát nhiệt độ lò, cài đặt, máy trộn và các thiết bị khác
• Kiểm tra bánh trong khi nấu
• Đảm bảo bánh và đồ dùng đúng chuẩn vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm
• Đặt và nhận hàng, nguyên liệu

Sharon Artisan Bakery is currently seeking experienced Lead Baker/Pastry Chef and Sous Chef to join our team. We are looking for an up and coming passionate baker that is willing to come on a journey with us and work with our team to deliver an amazing experience within our local community.

The key responsibilities include:

• Prepare a variety of baked goods (breads, sweet and savory pastries)
• Develop new products & recipes
• Ensure ingredients and foods are up to standard
• Knead, roll, cut, and prepare dough as needed
• Monitor oven temperatures, settings, and other baking equipment
• Monitor items during baking
• Adhere to food safety regulations
• Order and receive supplies and materials

• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với bánh mỳ và các loại bánh (trên 3 năm cho bếp phụ, trên 5 năm cho bếp chính)
• Có chứng chỉ Bakery và Patisserie
• Hiểu và thứ hiện tố các công đoạn liên quan đến bột bánh mỳ  (có kinh nghiệm với bánh mỳ sourdough là một lợi thế lớn) 
• Có đam mê nấu bánh với thái độ tích cực
• Tỉ mỷ, chi tiết và có thể thực hiện theo hệ thống, quy trình
• Làm việc độc lập tốt cũng như trong một nhóm
• Có thể giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh
• Có thể làm việc vào ca sớm và cuối tuần

• Proven experience as a Baker (3+ years for Sous Chef and 5+ years for Pastry Chef)
• Have certificate in Bakery and Patisserie
• Be competent in all aspects of bread dough's and table work (experience in sourdough bread making is highly desirable)
• A great positive attitude with passion for baking
• Have a good eye for detail and presentation of product, able to follow systems and procedures.
• Willing to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Able to communicate in English
• Must be available for early mornings starts & weekend shifts
