F&B Manager

1.  Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
2. Maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
3. Recruit, manage, train and develop the Food and Beverage team.
4. Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement.
6.  Oversee the inventory, purchasing and disbursement of all supplies.
7. Follows proper handling and right temperature of all beverage products.
8. Accountable for monthly stock takes
9. Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food, Liquor Costs and Payroll.
10. Design exceptional beverage menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
11. Develop food menus with Executive chefs.
12. Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
13. Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
14. Plan and conduct weekly communication with sales and marketing team.
15. Review weekly and monthly schedules to meet forecast and budget.
16. Send the report weekly/monthly/yearly to GM
17. Performing other duties that may be assigned by GM.

• Qualifications – Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent.

• Minimum of 03 years experience in the same or similar position in a 4/5 star hotel.

• Good command of the English language is essential, both written and verbal skills.

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, communication skills and solving problem.

• Able to work morning, evening, weekend, holiday
