LAUNDRY TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR - GIÁM SÁT KỸ THUẬT GIẶT LÀ

• To comply with the regulations of the hotel, to ensure labor safety, proactively participate in vocational training courses./Tuân thủ những quy chế và nội quy khách sạn, đảm bảo an toàn lao động, tích cực tham gia những lớp đào tạo nghiệp vụ.

• Timely repair kitchen system and equipment when required./ Kịp thời sửa chữa hệ thống bếp và thiết bị bếp khi có yêu cầu.

• To support manager in operating, maintaining, repairing and changing equipment./ Hỗ trợ quản lý trong việc vận hành, sữa chữa, bảo trì và thay đổi thiết bị.

• To examine the condition of electrical system and facilities of laundry equipment in the BeeHouse to report to Manager/ Assistant Manager of the Department./ Kiểm tra tình trạng của hệ thống điện và các thiết bị của thiết bị giặt là trong BeeHouse để báo cáo cho Quản lý / Trợ lý Giám đốc của Bộ phận

• To carry out maintenance plans. To supervise and speed up staff to strictly follow the working process. To check and evaluate the implementation of staff./ Thực hiện kế hoạch bảo trì. Giám sát và đôn đốc nhân viên tuân thủ quy trình làm việc. Kiểm tra và đánh giá việc thực hiện của nhân viên.

• To complete other tasks assigned by senior. To prove the initiative in working./ Chủ động trong công việc. Hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ khác được giao bởi cấp trên.

• Control and ensure adequate supplies, tools and tools for maintenance, maintenance of equipment and systems under their management, supervision without interruption in repair work./ Kiểm soát và đảm bảo đầy đủ vật tư, công cụ dụng cụ, bảo trì thiết bị và hệ thống dưới sự quản lý, giám sát của Ban quản lý, đảm bào không bị gián đoạn trong công việc sửa chữa.

• Responsible for opening PR and following goods progress with Storekeeper./ Chịu trách nhiệm mở yêu caaud đặt hàng và theo dõi tiến trình hàng hóa với Thủ kho.

• Make sure to receive your proposed products correctly and accurately./ Đảm bảo nhận được hàng hóa đã đề xuất một cách chính xác

• Planning the maintenance plan of the proposed monthly maintenance week with BM Manager, Asst Chief Engineering , Chief Engineering./ Lập kế hoạch bảo trì, bảo dưỡng hàng tuần, hàng tháng với Quản lý tòa nhà, Trợ lý Kỹ sư trưởng, Kỹ sư trưởng.

Professional knowledge about laundry is required.

Kiến thức chuyên môn về thiết bị giặt là.

Good communication and management skills.
