Mô tả công việc

Update hotel vacancies, follow up Associate Requisition Forms from Department Heads, work closely to update their special requirements on vacant positions before publishing jobs through all active channels.
Managing and supervising entire recruitment process from reviewing CVs, phone screening, interviewing, reference checking to the onboarding of success candidates candidates.
Build up relationship with educational organizations, take part in their activities to promote employer branding and job opportunities to attract more potential candidates.
Ensure budget alignment. Consult with Department Head when conflicts happen.
Follow up on new hires to ensure their adaptabilities to new working environment.

Yêu cầu công việc

Proficient in English and Microsoft Office.
Interviewing skills.
Strong sense of engagement and passion for people.
Capability to handle with all levels in the organization to ensure smooth running of recruitment/ activities.
Diploma/University degree, prefer the Hospitality Management or Human Resources Management.
At least 3 years experience in hotel industry, 1 year at recruitment position at same level.
