- To promote the educational activities of the members of the organization and to coordinate the matters related to the operation. One must source training providers, develop curriculums, and provide cost-effective and innovative training courses. Also one must help ensure that the curriculum enhances the value of The Shilla and achieves the personal and professional goals of its members
- To design Training Strategies, Training budget, Training activities annually
- To conduct on Training and Culture activities such as: leadership training, orientation, soft skill training, service week, performance management, succession plan and so on
- To grasp potential educational needs, various sources such as marketing plan of the organization, staff opinion survey, customer satisfaction survey are utilized variously
- Regularly discuss the development requirements of specific training programs with the team leaders and, if necessary, reflect them in the training curriculum.
- Sourcing external vendors and conducting internal operations to ensure smooth annual education plan
- Understand the issues related to HR issues, such as the implications of career development and positional requirements in the training program.
- Check whether the program is running in the budget
- Encourage the members of the organization to attend a defined curriculum (especially the orientation of new employees)
- Organize training needs analysis by department or organization
- Design, develop and implement educational programs that meet specific development objectives and hotel needs
- Assist in preparing and conducting regular training
- Ensure the necessary personnel, material and financial resources necessary for education development and progress.
- Diagnose the effectiveness of educational programs
- Coach junior's in the department to improve their capacity
