Mô tả công việc

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that all financial statements and practices for all business units are under the control of and are correct as per Vietnamese accounting standards, company policies and as per Vietnamese law.

• Prepare and provide financial analysis of operations for use by the management.

• Implement control functions, ensure that reasonable and effective internal accounting and procedural controls are in place.

• Direct the operations of Accounting department, ensure that a consistent review of all works is performed accurately.

• Ensure timely and accurate management and financial reporting.

• Ensure strict compliance with local financial regulations.

• Maintain control over revenues, expenditures and cash flows on a daily basis.

• Assist the CEO in management by reporting financial performances.

• Prepare annual financial budget in conjunction with analysis of current financial statements.

• Be responsible for auditing balance sheet accounts, and ensure that the reconciliations are prepared and cleared on a monthly basis.

• Review all audit files before auditors conduct annual audits.

• Be responsible for conducting performance evaluations of all supervised staffs.

• Payable/ receivable aging.

• Control to detail to finance and cash.

• Recommend financial area to be improved.

• Accrual bank accounts when necessary.

REQUIRED:

• AT LEAST BA DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING.

• MINIMUM 3 YEARS WORK EXPERIENCE IN SAME ROLE IN HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY.

• GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF TAX, REGULATIONS, LAWS RELATED TO ACCOUNTING FIELD.

• STRONG MANAGERIAL AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS.

• FLUENT IN ENGLISH COMMUNICATION BOTH VERBAL AND WRITTEN.
