Verification of Fidelio/Micros daily revenue reports to all subsidiary records
Processing of any adjustments necessary to prior day revenue postings
Update of daily rebates in monthly rebate summary ( excel format). Verification that all rebates processed are correct, authorised and have supporting documentation, then filing
Internet posting recociliation (Excel Format)
Verification of F&B discounts given to daily discount summary schedules
Assist CVerification of Fidelio/Micros daily revenue reports to all subsidiary records
Processing of any adjustments necessary to prior day revenue postings
Update of daily rebates in monthly rebate summary ( excel format). Verification that all rebates processed are correct, authorised and have supporting documentation, then filing
Internet posting recociliation (Excel Format)
Verification of F&B discounts given to daily discount summary schedules
Assist Cost Control in daily checking captain order which shall be balance with Micros check
Prepare/distribute final daily revenue report
Daily review of Micros "Employee closed check" report for verification of correctness of all vat check and "omc" posting transactions
Assist General Cashier in daily retrieval/counting of all Front Office/F&B outlets cash

Year end bonus base on annual performance
