Mô tả công việc

- Do all the tasks and document that related to Kitchen and FB field like:

+ order food, utensils on SMILE software system

+ make daily inventory of all kitchen’s outlets

+ make the cost for banquet function

+ make weekly duty roster and follow up the attendance record both on SMILE system and excel

+ type and translate the menus when receiving from email or being required by HOD or guests

+ printing necessary document for all kitchen and FB outlets

+ give and update news and information to all outlets (email, memorandum form HR Department, banquet function, etc.)

- Support for HOD at work

- Connecting all outlets together and with all other Departments in the Hotel

- Salary: Negotiable depending on professional capacity

- Type of labor contract: Fixed term / indefinite term

- Working time: 8 hours / 1 day. 1 day off a week. Supported with all protective equipment and tools during work

- Support 1 meal in shift

Yêu cầu công việc

- Have the experience in office administration in Kitchen and FB field

- Good at all 4 English skill: listening, speaking, reading, writing (good at other languages is your advantage)

- Good at basic Microsoft office tools: Word, Excel

- Agile, honesty, friendly, neat and tidy
