Chief Account

 Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for new business

 Establish and maintain effective accounting system preferable with the situation company, cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost- overruns.

 Review receipt and payment vouchers / cash / bank receipts and accounting bills

 Monitor monthly closing to meet with time line

 Review contracts to eliminate terms/conditions not efficient for the company.

 Work with internal and external Auditors.

 Review budgets and forecasts to provide necessary support and solution

 Review actual and forecast figures to identify irregular items

 Assist in handling queries from management

 Manage all daily operation of Accounting Department to follow accounting standard and tax law

 Internal work flow management and innovation

 Monitor and control all accounting policies and procedures to ensure internal control

 Deal with tax department and related governmental authorities

 Manage cash-flow

 Support to control new project investment budget

 Evaluate the workload of different team members and allocate job responsibilities and duties

 Monitor work flow and review team members’ performance

 Disseminate corporate updates to team members

Entitled to the full mode of the company

 Demonstrate understanding of updated accounting standards / tax rules

 Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

 Minimum 5 years working experience in accounting field

 Having experience in same position is preferred.

 Prefer candidates have knowledge of F&B accounting.

 Experience handling accounting and confidential matters required.
