Mô tả công việc

To follow and check time work for staff of engineering department.

To report daily works of department to manager.

To send training plan and report of Engineering department to Trainning department.

To follow of trainee and trainer of department.

To save files and documents of Engineering department.

To arrange the meeting as request Head of department.

To follow in – out - inventory materials of engineering’s store and support work with storekeeper.

To recive and solve information from other departments.

To complete other tasks assigned by senior. To prove the initiative in work.

Other tasks requested by Head of Department.

Knowledge and experience in PC application software.
