General Receptionist

- Regular reception duties: check-in and out, processing payments, answering the telephone and email, keeping a log-book, etc.

- Receiving guest special-requests and any problems, dealing with them in a caring and helpful way.

- Learning and following our procedures and checklists. Being committed to doing the job correctly.

- Helping your team-mates in their job duties during your spare time (even if it’s not a Receptionist duty).
