Marcom Manager

• Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in development, budgeting and execution of PR & marketing plans including promotional events

• Act as a principal hotel representative promoting hotel businesses through media channels, the local community, the customer base & Accor offices worldwide

• Manage hotel CSR (community) projects

- Manage via marketing team specialists - digital marketing projects including social media & web based content and initiatives, photography and design

- Ensure hotel collateral and all visual marketing and communications content adheres to brand standards and is effective

• Manage and lead the marketing and communications team including managing inter-departmental relationships

- Provide exemplary support to the hotel sales effort and to operational departments

- Provide creativity in developing MARCOM initiatives to improve business performance

• Minimum 3 years experience and in-depth knowledge of marketing & communications preferably in luxury hotel or travel industry

• At least 1 year at managerial level with proven supervisory experience

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication/presentation skills

• Independent, sociable, energetic, presentable, creative with strong leadership

• Decision maker and influencer – public speaking is required

• Fluent written and spoken English is required, French is a plus
