1. Checking mail and follow up all pending request & Making new reservation upon request

2. Following up with package and promotion of the day if have

3. Revising existing and upcoming short term, long term booking as per guest's requirement

4.Updating group business on the book to concerned people

5. Supporting information to Sales & Finance department for long term contract liquidation

6. Cooperating with Accountant to check payment status of short term booking, push bookers to make payment on date

7. Filling bookings have done during the day

8. Making car rental reservation and report monthly

- Meal duty & parking fee

- Professional training courses

- International working environment

- Allowance : 5.000.000 VND/ Month

- Good at English skills and MS Office

- Presentation, communication, collaboration skill…

- Female, University degree in related field. Fresh graduate is preferred
