Food & Beverage Manager (Local candidate)

Business Performance

• Monitor outlet revenue, expenditure, and overall financial performance against budget.
• Analyze business results, prepare monthly reports, and identify variances and improvement opportunities.
• Support the development and implementation of business plans and profit enhancement initiatives.
• Monitor F&B costs, labor costs, productivity, and operating expenses to ensure alignment with budget.

Outlet Operations

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure service standards are consistently maintained.
• Lead daily briefings and ensure effective communication within the team.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering personalized and professional service and handling guest feedback effectively.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, safety, security, equipment, and stock levels.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of F&B products, services, and hotel facilities.
• Coordinate with other F&B outlets and provide operational support when required.

Team Management

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to meet operational and service standards.
• Monitor team performance, appearance, attitude, and professionalism.
• Prepare staff schedules based on business needs and operational requirements.
• Conduct performance reviews and departmental meetings.
• Prepare payroll and gratuity reports and ensure accurate administrative records.
• Identify and develop team members with potential for career growth.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably in an international hotel.
• Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• High degree of professionalism, with sound Human Resources management knowledge and strong business acumen.
