Creates positive profile awareness through media representatives on all aspects of revenue streams to ensure that we meet our Marketing Communication and PR objectives as laid out in the annual S&M plan.
Develop a marketing plan for the complex hotels that underpins the annual budget goals of each hotel. Achieve the targeted media exposure goals. Entertain the targeted media list.
Identify, recommend and act upon any potential marketing opportunities that create a positive market profile or potential revenue stream. In charge of partnership marketing with all potential brand synergies, credit cards and banks.
To ensure that the hotels are professionally positioned in key market segments across rooms, conference, food and beverage, and spa.
Fully in charge or planning and organizing Media Road shows to the key business feeder markets for HOIANA.
To ensure that all marketing resources are deployed to create an adequate return on investment and that all projects support each other as part of an integrated plan.
To optimize the relationship with key marketing partners (advertising agency, PR agency, printing company, social media partners) to ensure that they are provided with a strong brief from the client and that our investment generates appropriate levels of return, which is measured carefully.
Responsible for responding to and fulfilling all media inquiries promptly and in keeping with the highest professional PR standards.
To monitor internal content of the hotel website and to work closely with Director of Marketing, Director of Revenue and Rosewood Hotel Group Corporate team to ensure that the hotel website is fully optimized and the content is fresh with regular update that reflect the activities planned and taking place across the Complex.
Work in conjunction with the Complex Food & Beverage Department to develop an annual F&B action plan with supporting communication, collateral and PR actions to gain the maximum exposure for these initiatives.
Oversee with the support of the Complex DOSM, the planning and execution of all Photo-shoots to ensure that the hotels have a constantly evolving and updated range of press, brochure friendly photography, in keeping with the photography guidelines defined by Rosewood Hotel Group.
Implementation of a standardized hotel/complex site inspection to be rolled out across the sales and marketing function and beyond, ensuring that all associates are able represent HOIANA Integrated Resort to the required brand standards.

Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy; priorities, organize and follow-up; be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment; follow directions thoroughly; understand a guest’s service needs; work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team; work with minimal supervision; maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
Technical Skills: Must be able guide and support the use of English in all communication across the hotel brands.
Language: Required to speak, read and write English, with fluency in other languages preferred.
