- Assist in the creation, implementation and facilitation of the Hotel Training Plan and budget that is aligned with the hotel’s goals and strategic plan
- Conduct regular training needs analysis and coordinate with department managers to help identify training opportunities for their team members
- Initiate, coordinate, deliver and follow-up on all departmental training activities within the hotel
- Main focus on ongoing internal training for guest experience in all aspects of the hotel industry
- Identify training needs for the purpose of personal training and development of heartiest and follow Accor guideline for team support in training needs
- Conduct all Accor and Sustainable Compliance training
- Actively initiate relationships and partnerships with industry associations, external training companies and academic counsels related to the hospitality industry
- Handle monthly reporting for Accor and for Owners – Training & Development + Compliance reports
- Update and maintain accurate records of training activities and participant information
- Maintain an ongoing Monthly Training Calendar to ensure learning resources and opportunities are maximized
- Develop and manage a central internal resource library of videos/books/magazines that can be utilized by all employees
- Facilitate and support Accor’s vision throughout the business internal and external
- Facilitate and support CSR events for the hotel and work with Accor hotels in Hanoi for compliance

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management
- Minimum 1 year of training/facilitation experience
- Experience in internal hotel chain will be preferred but not limited
- Great customer service skills and demonstrates customer centric attitude
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and customer contact skills
- Results and service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
- Strong team spirit with Can Do Attitude
- Ability to balance Business requirement inline with people’s requirements
- Maintain supportive dialogue with all Department Heads , Owners , Accor and senior management
- Has passion for training
- Demonstrates Passion for hotel industry
