Assist the Cost Controller in the implementation and planning of inventory par stock levels.
Ensure that store security measures are observed
Ensure that losses on merchandise are kept at a minimum level by ensuring good storage sanitation, hygienic and cleanliness and that store security is maintained.
Be responsible for all inventories in the stores and assists in the bi-monthly and other scheduled stock
taking initiated by the Cost Controller

Required skills:

Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
Good Communication and writing skills
Other languages preferred

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification in Accounting, Finance or related field. CPA preferred

Experience –

4-8 years in hotel accounting or audit with at least one year in an Assistant Controller or similar supervisory
