All public areas within the watch always meet the hygienic standards.

- Các trang thiết bị, tiện nghi trong phòng khách luôn đủ và trong tình trạng sử dụng/hoạt động tốt.

All facilities, conveniences in guest rooms are always fulfilled and in good operational condition.

- Các trang thiết bị/công cụ lao động phục vụ cho việc thực hiện công việc của nhân viên luôn đầy đủ và tốt.

All equipment, tools needed for the implementation of staff are always fulfilled and qualified.

- Việc chấp hành các nội quy quy định của khách sạn được thực hiện tốt tại bộ phận.

All regulations of the hotel are well complied.

All reports are implemented timely and accurately as prescribed.

Vocational diploma or degree in Hospitality.

Experience in staff management.

Extremely high spirit of Customer Service.

• Tiếng Anh: khả năng giao tiếp cơ bản.

English: Basic communication skills.
