 Assists and supports Demi Chef or Chef de Partie in the preparation of different foods/ Giúp đỡ Tổ trường hoặc Tổ phó bếp trong khâu chuẩn bị cho các loại thức ăn khác nhau.

 Ensures that food sanitation, safety and food handling functions are practiced in their areas on a daily basis/ Đảm bảo vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm ở khu vực làm việc mỗi ngày

 Must read and execute daily prep lists/ Đọc và hiểu yêu cầu chuẩn bị thực phẩm dựa trên danh sách có sẵn.

 Communicates well with the team and supervision to ensure everyone is informed properly/ Giao tiếp với các nhân viên khác để đảm bảo tất cả hoàn thành công việc được giao.

 Maintains quality and proper presentation of food to meet and exceed departmental standards/ Duy trì chất lượng, trình bày hợp lý của các món ăn nhằm đáp ứng và vượt qua sự mong đợi của bộ phận.

 Assist other junior kitchen staff in ensuring that the kitchen is clean at all times/ Giúp đỡ các nhận viên cấp thấp hơn để đảm bảo bếp luôn trong tình trang gọn gàng, sạch sẽ.

 Assist junior staff in mice en place daily hygiene and sanitations standard. Must ensure is compliance with the sections standard/ Giúp đỡ các nhận viên cấp thấp hơn trong việc chuẩn bị thực phẩm cũng như đảm bảo vệ sinh chung nơi làm việc.

 Keep supervision on junior staff on a timely basis of any undue variance from expected results/ Giúp đỡ nhân viên cấp thấp hơn để tránh những sự cố không đáng có.

 Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies/ Có khả năng hoàn thành công việc đươc giao dựa trên chỉ dẫn và chính sách của bộ phận và công ty.

 Must have the ability to be productive for long periods of time/ Có khả năng làm việc hiệu quả trong một khoảng thời gian dài.

 Vocational School Certificate is preferred/ Ưu tiên ứng viên có Chứng chỉ nghề.

 Ability to communicate fluently in the local language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally, able to communicate in other languages is preferred / Lưu loát trong giao tiếp bằng ngôn ngữ địa phương, khả năng ngoại ngữ được ưu tiên.

 Basic knife skills are essential/ Cần có kỹ năng sử dụng dao bếp.

 Basic culinary skills and food knowledge’s is required/ Yêu cầu có kiến thức và kỹ năng bếp cơ bản.

 Basic knowledgeable of the production and execution of the local cuisine/ Kiến thức căn bản về cách chế biến món ăn địa phương.

 Must be able to work any shift and long hours when necessary/ Có khả năng làm việc bất kỳ ca nào và thời gian dài khi cần thiết.

 Must have the ability to follow recipes/ Có khả năng học và làm theo công thức món ăn.
