Mô tả công việc

Ensure the operation of all Banquet kitchen, facilities, cost, menu, food qualify, hence contributing to maximizing the overall F&B department profit under the direct supervision of the Executive Chef
Maintain food safety and hygiene (HACCP) in the workplace at all times
Provide training and coaching to team members; review their performance and plan for their career development.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 2 years experience in a similar position in luxury hotels;
English and computer proficiency;
Management and administration skills;
HACCP Knowledges is a plus
Strong leadership, guest oriented with eye for details, can work under pressure and get the job done
