Income Auditor and cum Paymaster

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control VAT output invoices on a daily basis.
• Perform monthly VAT output reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
• Process payroll for Meliá staff and the Resident Team, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records related to VAT and payroll.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
• Prepare and process payroll for all employees.
• Verify attendance, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, social security, and other statutory requirements.
• Calculate and process salary payments, allowances, and reimbursements.
• Maintain payroll records and employee salary files.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance departments regarding payroll changes.
• Handle employee inquiries related to salaries and deductions.
• Prepare payroll reports for management review.

Education: College Degree or Above in Finance/ Accounting

Language: Fair English 

Specific knowledge: Accounting system and Vietnam Laws/Regulations on Finance/ Accounting

Work Experience: At least 01 year in similar positions in 4-5 star hotels
