Issue and distribute goods in a timely manner according to requisitions and purchase orders.
Ensure that proper authorization is obtained before releasing goods to user.
Ensure that all documents are properly signed and completely obtained after goods issuance
Adhere to established policies and procedure at all times.
Ensure food safety practice are observed at any given time.
Ensure that any deviations are reported and corrected immediately
Report any irregularities to superiors at all times.
Ensure that “clean as you go” working practice is being observed.
Maintain all equipment and ensure that damages are reported immediately.
Will be assigned and can withstand cold environment up to -22° Celsius.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Must have a good interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be able to speak, read and write English and can do basic mathematic calculation.
Must be a computer literate and able to use basic Micro Soft Office applications.
Can withstand cold environment up to -22° Celsius.
At least 2 years’ experience in food related industries with the capacity of receiver in hospitality industry.
Knowledgeable in food safety practices
Experience in using Redrock or any other supply chain and inventory integrated system is a plus.
