Human Resources Manager

• Devise and implement full spectrum of Human Resources development plans for the whole Company to cope with operation needs and future development

• Develop, modify and implement Company Personal Policies and Procedures to gears with Hotel needs in addition to Group Personal Policies and Procedures.

• Take full responsibility in all spectrums of personnel functions for the Company, covering manpower planning and control, recruitment, employment, compensation, salary and welfare administration, labor relations, health and safety, and staff training and development.

• The function should be supportive, hands-on, methodical and business focused; creating memorable moments for our guests, taking ownership for assigned activities whilst collaborating closely with their immediate report and key business partners in order to deliver quality results. The job incumbent acts as an ambassador for the brand, reflecting the company culture and values. All work is carried out in accordance with company corporate policies, procedures and service concepts according to local requirements and regulations.

Minimum 8 years HR experience, of which, at least 3 years at management level

Rich in Human Resources knowledge

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must. 

Highly motivated, flexible, reliable, honest, and resistant to pressure.

Good in operation management and problem-solving skill

Ability to analyze organizational behavior as well as human behavioral characteristics and motivations
