Welcome and greeting guest.
Check in – Check out
Collect the payment from guests
Issue room keys and direct guests to their rooms
Answer and transfer all incoming calls
Reply email
Create and confirm reservations for guests
Monitor visitors to the residence.
Assist transportation for guest
Provide accurate information about local attractions and services
Receive and distribute packages and documents for guests
Receive and transmit messages for guests
Handle guest’s complaints & requests
Maintain a neat and orderly front desk and reception area
