Mô tả công việc

• Daily check list IT equipment in villa arrival.

• Daily check list server room: temperature, server operation

• Daily monitoring internet connection for admin and guest.

• Monitoring and supporting Infor HMS user.

• Installing and configuring computer, software, printers and scanners.

• Installing and configuring iPad, printers for Lightspeed POS.

• Installing and configuring 3CX telephone for admin and guest.

• Installing and configuring Meraki network devices.

• Installing and configuring CCTV devices.

• Maintenance computer hardware, software, printers

• Support end users in using IT equipment for their daily working

• Monitoring music system: Powersoft applifier and BMAsia PC

• Troubleshooting problem of network, wifi, telephone, TV, chromecast, speaker.

• Monitoring inventory of IT equipment to ensure have replacing parts in urgent case.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Diploma Degree in System and Computer Networks, Computer Science, Information Systems.

• Good problem-solving, planning skills.

• Good attitude and honest
