Special projects

Support and assistance to DOSE on delivering of Ad Hoc Special Projects related to sales and marketing function, that may include but not be limited to:

• Beach Club Business Planning and Marketing Support, in lieu of MARCOM’s Manager

• Hoiana Hotels and Beach Club opening events

• Media Event support to DOSE

• Support DOSE on creation of decks for CDOSM & CMD for high level presentations:

- Hoiana Hotels Sales Deck

- Board Meetings

• Corporate Social Responsibility:

- Sustainability Committee editorial and content support

- Charity & Community Events planning, strategy and production

- Overall strategy and integration with company initiatives;

- Government / Local authority relations

- Partnerships

- Fund raising campaigns and initiatives

Events & Entertainment:

• Planning, Management & Production of:

- Complex (multi property) – All events, including Sports and Entertainment Events

- Activations and exhibitions – such as Downtime Retreat

- Press Events – Coordinate with DOSE

- Launch Events – Coordinate with DOSE & CDOSM

• Event and Media Partnerships - collaboration with event agencies, sports and media entities, luxury brands (local and international)

• Sports & Entertainment Event Sales & Marketing – calendar and campaign management, public relations, Social Media, influencer/ambassador and KOL solicitation.

• Creative content management for Events – multi-media.
