Sales Manager (Central)

• Responsibilities includes overseeing day-to-day leisure sales account management, with specific responsibility for soliciting and converting sales and implementing action plans covering Leisure, MICE, OTA, and Bed Banks as set forth in the business plan.

• Ensure appropriate efforts are expanded on the solicitation and development of local and international leisure accounts defined in the assigned portfolios.

• Engage with bookers, influencers and decision makers to maintain a good client relationship and to solicit for future businesses.

• To be fully aware of the potential and buying decisions of all leisure key accounts from source, competition set information on rates and potential business volume to allow for specific strategic planning related to such accounts.

• Ensure that one-stop shopping concept is applied at all times for any lead generated for Leisure sales and MICE business.

• To maintain an effective account management system through Opera and Delphi FDC.

• Traces on accounts and bookings are logged into Opera and Delphi FDC daily and ensures that traces are acted upon timely and thoroughly.

• To ensure to communicate to the MICE Sales Services team all group leads for confirmation.

• Keep the department head updated on any potential leisure FIT or group series lead apart from MICE.

• General Skills: Direct sales solicitation and conversion. Account base of Leisure and MICE.

• Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, Opera, and Delphi FDC

• Language: Vietnamese and English

• Physical Requirements: Professional looking in general

• Minimum 2 years Sales Manager experience or equivalent position.
