Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assist the senior service staffs to set up the restaurant; prepare equipment & station following the instructions to ensure smooth operation.
Assist the senior staffs to clear up the tables when the guests finish their meals
Assist to senior staffs to serve the guests properly complying to restaurant's service standards
Report & take advices frequently from senior staffs to ensure guest's satisfaction
Attend department briefing & internal compulsory training sessions, if has
Other tasks to be assigned by HODs.

Working time: 8 hours/ day; 6 days/week; flexible working shifts

Internship duration: Minimum 3 months

Hospitality students only, prefer candidates who is passionate in F&B. (Vietnamese & International students)
Fluent English communication
Detail-oriented & willing to serve
Able to work in shifts & under pressure
Hard-working & eager to learn
