Store/Warehouse Clerk

Ensure procurement policies and procedures are being followed.

Packages and prepares supplies, tools, equipment prior to distribution.

Fills orders as requested.

Processes paperwork for distribution.

Ensures distribution of forms, requisitions, and purchase orders, packing slips are completed accurately.

Ensure the warehouse and storerooms are efficient, clean and maintained in a safe manner.

Assists in completing periodic inventory counts.

Provides back up to receivers and runners when needed.

Assists with ordering of materials and supplies to maintain appropriate inventory levels.

Use a computer to enter records as needed.

Maintains inventory records.

Ensure accuracy, neatness, and compliance to company policy and procedures.

Follow the procedures to improve efficiency.

Keeps leadership informed on a timely basis of any undue variance from expected results.

Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.

Diploma certificate is required

Must present a well-groomed appearance.

Ability to communicate fluently in the local language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.

Excellent guest service skills. Ability to respond to handle difficult or stressful situations with tact and diplomacy.
