Guest Relation Officer

Job Summary – (Role Summary)

• Take care the activities of a Guest Relations team shift ensuring that guests receive prompt, professional attention and personal recognition.

• Take note all guest activities and cooperate with resort host team to ensure great service to guest
• Update and Maintenance of guest‘s profile
• Review daily arrival guest and arrange In room check in guest
• Liaise with Room Service and Housekeeping to set up VIP Amenity at the right time
• Communicates, Coordinates and coordinates with other departments as required. Ex: Front Desk, Concierge, and Bell desk
• Responsible of the Imac corner
• Check the Daily Function
• Prepare Weekly/daily VIP arrival and note any high paying guests
• Follow up and resolve Guest’s traces
• Courtesy call and record to gain Guest’s Feedbacks (long stay, loyalty and Regular guests preferred)
• Manage the guest relation department, the operator and the bell team
• Smoothly Check in and Check out at the lobby
• Order and control stocks in the Back Office (welcome drink , cool towel )
• Be responsible for all the changes of set up and report immediately
• To attend to guest’s complaints promptly, efficiently and to report to the Guest Relations Manager for service recovery and follow up.
• To familiar with the habits of regular and long staying guests and anticipate their requirements
• Be updated all guest feedback channel : LOCAL MEASURE , Trip advisor …
• Upselling Tour and all resort services to guest
• Perform any other task assigned based on hotel needs or management requirements.

Required Skills

• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Good writing skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Opera
• Problem solving and organizational abilities

• Matters pertaining to Guest Relations operations
