Main duties:

Supervise & coordinate all event and sale activities, personnel and business development
Establish beneficial relationships with our key clients, especially in Corporate, Commercial sector and MICE segments.
Build up selling prices strategy by monitoring cost, competition, supply and demand
Pursue new market opportunities to increase event revenue
Work with Marketing team to develop marketing camping for event
Improve customer satisfaction to create customer loyalty by deliver a positive event experience
Revenue management, supervise, direct and coordinate the activity of personnel, subcontractors and vendors as required to successfully execute all aspect of the event.
Follow up and check BEO - “Banquet Event Order” with customer and other departments before, during and after event.
Event analysis , feedback and experience for future events
Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager

Benefits:

Requirements:

Bachelor/Diploma degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management or related education background.
At least 1 year experience in a similar role in Hotel, Convention Center, B2B sales or Travel agent
Strong administrative skills, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good at both speaking & writing in English. Having second language is a big plus
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
