ASSISTANT TRAINING MANAGER

1. Duties and Professional Responsibilities

• Conduct English courses (beginner, ECC1, ECC2)

• Monitor departmental training (department induction, department trainers, department processes) and ensure consistency and quality of training.

• Assist Director of HR & Training in conducting Orientation Program, soft skills course upon training needs and requested.

• Coordinate with all trainers in preparing monthly on job training plan.

• Prepare weekly/monthly English Class Attendance Report.

• Prepare daily, monthly on job training report.

• Support with translating and recording in English lessons

• Assist to place advertisement of vacancies positions (internal & external)

• Handle the internship application with all departments.

• Conduct IQ test & English test.

• Perform other job related duties as assigned

2. Administrative & General Responsibilities

• Update operation logbook regularly in work shift, handover to the other shift for follow.

• Assemble reports/records/checklist related to the department operation.

• Participate in training and developing courses organized by the department and the hotel.

• Be proactive in self-setting specific goals to develop in professional career.

• Degree in any field of studies.

• 03 years and above experience in Training.

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written (English).

• Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness, the ability to plan and manage work in an efficient manner, and the ability to work well under stress and time pressures
