Main tasks:

Is responsible for the overall service needs of the gaming floor. Under the supervision of the Supervisor, the Attendant supports with jackpot pay-outs, exchanging currency, places reserves on slot machines, overseeing and operating table games, and all other guest's needs.

A. Welcoming & Serving Guest

B. Game Conducting

C. Customer Service & Marketing Promotion

D. Other tasks – Assigned by Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

Fluent in English, can speak 2nd language ( Korean, Chinese) is prefer
Healthy, can work on shift.
Nice appearance.
Has international Casino or Cruise working experience at least 01 year.
Must be well presented with excellent guest relation and general communication skills.
Must be a ‘people person’, possessing a genuine enthusiasm to work alongside people to satisfy their every need and want.
Must possess a genuine desire to succeed within the gaming industry, always looking to excel and take the next step.
