Mô tả công việc

- To assist in organising and setting up the assigned section of the Food and Beverage Kitchen as efficiently as possible to increase speed and maximise productivity.
- To control food stock and food cost and be responsible for ordering on your section.
- To prepare, cook, serve and store the dishes.
- To ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.
- To prepare in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service.
