Mô tả công việc

  • Be responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group/catering-related opportunities. 
  • Actively conduct sales and upsell each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity. 
  • Achieve personal and team related revenue goals.
  •  Ensure business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery. 
  • Maintain efficient and accurate filing system related to sales records and reports. 
  • Seek ways to be updated on relevant changes in the industry, market, competitors, etc. for effective sales strategies and plans. 
  • Build strong and professional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders related to hotel business.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Perfectly bilingual English and Vietnamese in both written and spoken
  • Proven records of corporate/ wholesales strategy development, sales achievements and guest satisfaction
  • Good understanding of corporate/ wholesales key accounts and seasons
  • Able to source business proactively, build relationships with bookers and decision makers, including senior executives of companies
  • Able to lead junior sales or admin associates in order to produce the administrative work
  • Able to understand and prepare proposals and contracts for all market segments
  • Creative, well organized, willing to work under high pressure
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Opera system)
  • Good management skills
  • College or bachelor degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • A minimum five-year experience in the hospitality industry
  • Three year in a similar position in requested business segment within a luxury brand
