Mô tả công việc

1. Assists in the routine function of Personnel Administration as well as employee welfare & benefit and all employee activities.

2. Takes responsibility for locker administration.

3. Takes responsibility for employee employment and resignation.

4. Makes name badge.

5. Prepares birthday party for employee.

6. Follows up employee performance evaluation.

7. Maintains management leaves record.

8. Assists in the communication flow to all hotel employee through notice board, newsletter.

9. Takes responsibility for bulletin and direct communication with employee regarding Personnel Policies and Hotel rules and regulations.

10. Takes responsibility for personal file transfer & communication with labor office.

11. Reviews and checks personnel files.

12. Prepares of the working certificate.

13. Checks and maintains good condition of all employee facilities like locker rooms, employee sleeping room.

14. Keeps record of all locker number information. Making name badge.

15. Makes name badge for new employee.

16. Loss of name badge: charge according to employee handbook.

17. Prepares birthday party for employee on a monthly basis.

18. Follows up employment contract review.

19. Issues memo to inform concerned department heads.

20. Takes responsibility for collection of performance evaluation.

21. Prepares employment contract for renewal of contract.

22. Prepares regret letter for non-renewal of employment contracts.

23. Follows up employee performance evaluation.

24. Issues memo to inform concerned department heads.

25. Takes responsibility for maintain management leave record.

26. Checks according to hotel policy.

27. Inputs information to computer twice a week.

28. Distributes all forms.

29. Keeps records of all successful candidates from panel interview, maintain the candidate’s files, and up-date the records and files on weekly basis.

30. Follows-up with Division Heads regarding employee monthly attendance records.

31. Keeps monthly records regarding employee tardiness, absenteeism, vacation, sick leave, leave without pay, compassionate leave, and maternity leave for MIS reports and year-end bonus evaluation.

32. Takes Photo of Employee of the month nominees and assist Training Manager to arrange for Employee of the month Presentation Awards.

33. Provides new employee orientation regarding all personnel policies and procedures.

34. Keeps records of all visa, work permit and licenses and renew them before their expiry dates.

35. Takes responsibility for application of all hotel licenses, visa and work permit of all hotels expatriates.
