Security Supervisor/ Giám sát bảo vệ

- Assist the Deputy Head, supervise and operate the security & safety work during duty shift;

- Ensure operations at the hotel are done normally, unexpected incidents are controlled and handled promptly;

- Assisting the Chief of Security in managing and coordinating security and safety activities within the scope of the hotel's management;

- A representative of the security department to attend a meeting with the hotel management when the Security Chief is absent;

- Ensuring that security procedures and regulations are fully implemented by employees, security and safety conditions in the area are always well controlled;

- Handling requests related to security and safety during the duty shift, promptly reporting incidents to the Security Chief and the Hotel Board of Directors;

- Perform related tasks appointed by the Chief of Security.

- Ensuring that equipment and property of the hotel are always under control;

- Asset inventory at the security department, ensuring that assets and equipment are always full and in good working order. Promptly report any damage or loss to the Security Chief and the Hotel Management Board;

- Property brought in and out of the hotel is controlled, security staff comply with the working process and principles;

- Check emergency exits, stairs to ensure ventilation and not obstructed. All violations of the safety of fire prevention and fighting should be recorded and handled promptly.

- Ensure that guests who contact for work, construction contractors comply with the regulations at the hotel, wear guest cards, contractor cards during their stay within the management of the hotel;

- Ensure that all vehicles in and out of the hotel are fully recorded, unusual cases need to be detected and promptly notified to the security chief and the hotel management board.

- Guide, supervise and encourage staff to perform their jobs effectively, in accordance with the hotel's standards and regulations;

- Meetings for shift assignment, attendance at numbers, assign and arrange positions in the shift they are on duty;

- Support and strengthen positions and areas to be controlled.

- Support department in the hotel in case of need;

- And other tasks when required.
