[Nightlife] PR / Sales Executives

Working Place: 41 Nam Kỳ Khởi Nghĩa, Nguyễn Thái Bình Ward, Dist. 1, Hồ Chí Minh city (BamBam bar & Commas Club)

Working Hours: From 8PM - Late

Reports to Marketing & Event Manager / Head of Marketing Department, working closely with Superiors and Operations Team.

Job Description:

• Part time position. 
• Booking sales and bringing outside events to be hosted at our venues. The main priority would be focused on expat oriented projects. 
• Helping PR Manager to build up a detailed database of regular and VIP guests, knowing their interests, likes and dislikes. 
• Being able to assist them with their requests at the venue, related to their event planning, table booking or personal urgent issue (lost wallet).  
• Spend at least 3-4 hours at the office Mon-Wed and after work at the venue in the evening on Tue, Fri & Sat. Work together as a team with other members of the team to achieve KPI’s. Manage booking tables, ensure no clashing or conflicts.
• Work closely with the PR Manager & Marketing & Event Manager and build relationships with different networking organizations, business associations, wedding and event planners.

• Perfect communication skills and confidence to speak in public
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in multiple languages
• Strong Hospitality knowledge
• Good network for sales, event bookings and corporate organizations relationships
• Good connections in different communities, Japanese, Korean, French, Corporate, Real Estate, Travel etc.
• Must possess strong organizational skills & management
• Be proactive, reliable, responsive and good attention to details
• Ability to prepare proposals, run meetings, presentations and close the deals.
