Giám sát Pha chế/ Bar Supervisor (Nhà hàng Mama Sens - 16 Thảo Điền, Quận 2)

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: To follow all standards, policies and procedures relating to food and beverage service in the restaurant as laid out by the Restaurant Manager with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction. The ultimate goal for all our staff is to ensure that our guests enjoy their visit to the restaurant

OPENING SHIFT

• Checking stock : wine , spirit , prepare product, fill soft drink, water.

• Checking all bar area and equipment, to ensure cleaning : shelves, refrigerator, fruit machine , trash, sink, towel, counter

• Operating equipment, arrange shift assignment for bar staff

OPERATION

• Present menus, take order drink food, up sell product, follow promotion

• Prepare and serve drinks consistent with the Restaurant’s standard drink recipes

• Serve drinks to customers in a friendly and helpful manner

• Learns the names and personally recognize our regulars guest

• Communication with customer

• Clear and reset tables in bar area

• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas

• Maintains and refill all product , to ensure smooth operations

CLOSING SHIFT

• Responsible checking and record items has sold

• Responsible checking & order all product stock ,inventory( soft drink, wine, fruit, coffee, tea…. ) , record in form

• Checking all bar area, to ensure all area and equipment cleaning : shelves, refrigerator, fruit machine , trash, sink, towel, counter

ANOTHER

• Checking equipment and request order

• Arrange roster for bar staff

• Attend training sessions and to guide bar staff

• Maintain a good working relationship with both colleagues and guests

• Report all problems operation and bar maintenance issues to restaurant management

 8.000.000 vnd-10.000.000 vnd and the 13th salary bonus

 Meals, Parking allowance (30.000 vnd/shift)

 Split shift allowance (70.000 vnd/shift)

 Service charge and tip is applied when starting works

 Special Insurance package, and extra health package from PTI

 Working hours: 48hrs/week

• 1. Majors: English, Business Administration, Restaurant - Hotel Management:

• 2. Good level of English and fluent in Vietnamese

• 3. At least 1 year experience as a bar supervisor, westerner restaurant/bar a plus

• 4. Must be available to work full time.

• 6. Professional, friendly, polite & punctual
