Buggy Supervisor - Giám Sát Kỹ Thuật Xe Buggy

• Understand how the FCS and ESCAP Engineering Software System and Preventive Maintenance System works.
• Follow up all work orders in the FCS, ESCAP Engineering Software System and ensure that there is no backlog of work and to take any necessary follow up.
• Supervises and inspects accomplishments of buggy team.
• Direct and participate in analysis and prepare recommendation and report regarding to maintenance and repair buggy.
• Direct the scheduling and dispatching of facilities maintenance crews and personnel.
• Familiarize completely with the technical details of all mechanical and electrical services relating to all type of buggy system.
• Oversee and coordinate the division’s automated work order system for maintenance
• Inspect facilities for needed buggy/vehicle maintenance work or review work orders, complaints and other requests for service received from other department with the aim of exceeding guest’s expectation.
• Perform preventative maintenance as per schedule.
• Contribute in solving the day to day operating problem of the Engineering Department.
• Ensure that all buggy clinic, plants rooms, equipment, work areas, in proper condition and maintain properly
• Attend to breakdowns as directed by immediate supervisor.
• Ensure the effective operation of all buggy/vehicle in the Resort and equipment by implementing and managing a preventative maintenance program. Closely monitor the condition of the physical property and equipment by conducting continual inspections of the building. Ensure that preventative maintenance schedules are in operation and regularly upgraded.
• Ensure the quality of all work completed by both employees and external contracted staff adheres to the standards of good engineering practice.
• Assist other staff as required in carrying out day to day duties.
• Know and understand the operation and maintenance of all buggy/vehicle and maintain as directed.
• Work alone as assigned, some work does not required two employees to do the work.
• Ensure complaint and requests are handled with the aim of exceeding guest’s expectations.
• Notify guests or internal staff of any delays in performing works/task in accepted standard time frame.
• Prioritizes and takes appropriate remedial action in case of problems.
• Monitor stock and order spare parts for equipment, general consumable parts and materials as needed to maintain minimum stock levels.
• Participate actively as a member of the Resort ERT in the event of fire or other emergencies.
• Perform other tasks and duties as directed or assigned by your immediate supervisors.
• Notify your superior immediately when any equipment or lighting failure is noticed to expedite repairs/replacement.
• Ensure compliance with all IHG POMEC Systems and Programs.
• Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation immediately it occurs and notify staff of potential danger.
• Utilize computer applications to perform the tasks required.
• Participate in POMEC multiskilling and job rotation initiatives.
• Demonstrate cooperation and trust with colleagues, supervisor and across department.
• Open to new ideas and willing to make changes in improving customer satisfaction.
• Able to work under pressure during busy times.

• To report for duty punctually, wearing the Resort uniform and other attributes at all times.
• Shift inspection and rectification.
• Complete work orders as requested by the Repair & Duty Engineer to meet customer requirements.
• Demonstrate flexibility in changing the work schedule in light of guest priorities.
• Ensure engineering equipment rooms are checked and cleaned are in operating order.
• Carry pager and respond to requests from other departments regarding minor maintenance issues throughout the day.
