PHẠM VI CÔNG VIỆC/SCOPE OF WORKS

Lead and supervise of the Guest Relation Desk function as well as Door Greeter Team to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction to hotel guests.

Lead and supervise of the Executive Lounge function to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction to hotel VIP guests.

NHIỆM VỤ VÀ TRÁCH NHIỆM/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Organize, operate and monitor the operation of the reception department

2. Responsible for welcoming delegations and VIP guests

3. Professional training and coaching for staff in the department

4. Other duties and responsibilities

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 1 year experience

Vocational Certification in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field.

01-year experiences in hotel or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
