Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual Domestic sales quotas for territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products (including RCN, Nuts, Ingrediencies, Simi-products, By-products)
Analysis trends of price unit and market sale to propose sales program to Management
Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all product lines for approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margins.
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
Coordinate with Sales Executive and QA team to create general requirement for domestic grades and build up specification for domestic grades.
Maintain sales volume, product mix
Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Plan to ensure achievement of personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
Conducts one-on-one review with Sales Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Executives sales and activity performance.
Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition for his/her defined geography and accounts
Develop, maintain and execute a Non ISP sale plan, Tolling projects…

Yêu cầu công việc
More than 5 years of experience within experience in sales management (manager or above).
Experience in commodity sales is a preference
Excellent Excel skills, good Word and PowerPoint skills
Fluent in English
Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Exposure to developing & executing sales plans, preparing sales / performance reporting and ensuring equitable resolution of customer issues.
Experience in researching and developing new markets, customers and product line extensions
Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professional
