SERVICE PART TIME - Làm việc Thảo Điền

Marcel Group is looking for part time server.

Location:

Cafe Marcel: 28 Ngo Quang Huy, Thao Dien Ward, District 2, HCMC.

Working hours: following the shift, 4-6 hours/day, from Monday to Sunday

Quantity: 2 staff

TASKS

1. Greet and escort customers to their tables

2. Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)

3. Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses

3. Inform customers about the day’s specials

4. Offer menu recommendations upon request

5. Up-sell additional products when appropriate

6. Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software,order slips or by memorization

7. Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff

Serve food and drink orders

8. Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems

9. Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area

10. Deliver checks and collect bill payments

11. Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning

12. Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e.g. parties)

13. Follow all relevant health department regulations

14. Provide excellent customer service to guests

15. To be able to carry heavy stuff

SALARY: 24,000 - 26,000VND per hour

REQUIREMENTS:

• Age: 18-21

• FLUENT IN ENGLISH
